These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services that connect motorhome, campervan, and caravan owners ("Customers") with qualified repair specialists and leisure businesses ("Service Providers") across the UK and Europe.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the service.

The Leisure Bible is an online directory and marketplace that facilitates connections between:

• Customers: Owners of motorhomes, campervans, and caravans seeking repair or maintenance services
• Service Providers: Qualified professionals offering repair, maintenance, and related services

We provide the platform for these connections but are not a party to any agreements between Customers and Service Providers. All services are provided directly by independent Service Providers.

For Customers:

• You may browse and request quotes without creating an account
• Creating an account allows you to track quote requests and leave reviews
• You must provide accurate and complete information

For Service Providers:

• You must create an account and complete our verification process
• You must hold valid certifications, licenses, and insurance as required by law
• You must choose and maintain a valid subscription plan
• You are responsible for keeping your profile information current and accurate

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

As a Customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle and repair needs
• Respond promptly to Service Provider communications
• Allow reasonable access to your vehicle for inspections and repairs
• Pay Service Providers directly for services rendered according to agreed terms
• Treat Service Providers with respect and professionalism
• Provide honest and fair reviews based on your actual experience
• Not use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities

As a Service Provider, you agree to:

• Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and insurance
• Provide services with professional competence and care
• Respond to quote requests promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate quotes and honor agreed pricing
• Complete work in accordance with industry standards
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay subscription fees on time to maintain platform access
• Not engage in any fraudulent or misleading practices

For Service Providers:

• Free Trial: New Service Providers receive a one-month free trial
• Subscription Plans: Basic (£5/month), Professional (£15/month), Premium (£25/month)
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days notice
• Refunds: No refunds for partial months, but service continues until end of billing period

Customer Service: Quote requests and platform access for customers remain free of charge.

Reviews and Ratings:

• Reviews must be based on actual service experiences
• We reserve the right to remove fake, defamatory, or inappropriate reviews
• Service Providers may respond to reviews professionally

Quality Standards:

• We may investigate complaints about Service Provider quality
• Persistent quality issues may result in account suspension
• We encourage resolution of disputes directly between parties

You may not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees or payments
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Create fake accounts or reviews

The Leisure Bible acts as a directory and marketplace platform only. We do not provide repair services directly. All services are provided by independent Service Providers.

• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided
• We do not guarantee that Service Providers will fulfill their obligations
• We are not liable for any damages arising from service transactions
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us in subscription fees
• We provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind

Customers and Service Providers are encouraged to verify credentials, insurance, and agreements independently.

The Leisure Bible platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our platform or content
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on our platform

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it for platform operations.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Service Providers remain responsible for completing any work already agreed with Customers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We encourage users to resolve disputes directly with each other first. If needed, we may facilitate communication but are not obligated to mediate disputes.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.
